These terms apply when you request Ticket Watch alerts from Utah Hockey Tickets, an independent fan project by SLC Puck.
What the alert does
The email pilot compares your chosen quantity, maximum all-in price per ticket, and optional game preferences with Utah Mammoth home-game listings that Ticket Watch has checked and verified. You may request one through six seats in one listing. Exact seat labels do not by themselves guarantee adjacency, so confirm the seat arrangement before buying. Monitoring is periodic, not continuous or real-time, and an alert is not a reservation or price guarantee.
Prices and availability
Every price is a time-stamped marketplace snapshot. An alert does not reserve, hold, sell, or guarantee tickets. Listings can change or disappear before you open the link or finish checkout. Confirm the event, date, quantity, section, row, seats, final price, delivery method, and marketplace terms before buying.
Email alerts
By selecting email consent and submitting the form, you request commercial Ticket Watch email alerts related to the quantity, maximum price and optional game preferences you chose. You may unsubscribe through any alert email or the management form. Requesting these alerts does not enroll you in the general SLC Puck newsletter.
Optional marketing text alerts
You may separately select the optional SMS checkbox and submit a mobile number to record a request for recurring automated marketing Ticket Watch alerts and customer-care texts from Utah Hockey Tickets by SLC Puck. Marketing texts will not begin unless sender and campaign registration are approved and you then reply YES to a confirmation request. Message frequency may vary, up to one Ticket Watch marketing alert in any rolling seven-day period; confirmation, opt-in, opt-out, help, and subscriber-initiated support messages may be additional.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
A STOP request permanently cancels local SMS eligibility for this pilot. A carrier transport-unblock response does not reactivate Ticket Watch, and the pilot does not offer automatic SMS re-enrollment after STOP.
We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Affiliate relationship
Ticket Watch email alerts may link to an owned Utah Hockey Tickets game guide that contains clearly disclosed affiliate ticket buttons. SLC Puck may earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase through those buttons, at no extra cost to you. A marketplace, ticket seller, venue, team, league, and carrier are separate third parties and are responsible for their own services.
Managing the service
We may pause, change, or discontinue the pilot; adjust supported budgets or games; reject invalid or abusive submissions; and update these terms. Material changes to consent or message frequency should be presented before they apply to new communications.
