Ticket Watch Alert Terms

Effective July 26, 2026 ยท Email pilot and optional SMS beta

These terms apply when you request Ticket Watch alerts from Utah Hockey Tickets, an independent fan project by SLC Puck.

What the alert does

The pilot compares your chosen per-ticket budget with ticket listings that Ticket Watch has checked and verified. The initial scope is two seats for Utah Mammoth home games. Monitoring is periodic, not continuous or real-time.

Prices and availability

Every price is a time-stamped marketplace snapshot. An alert does not reserve, hold, sell, or guarantee tickets. Listings can change or disappear before you open the link or finish checkout. Confirm the event, date, quantity, section, row, seats, final price, delivery method, and marketplace terms before buying.

Email alerts

By selecting email consent and submitting the form, you request commercial Ticket Watch email alerts related to the budget you chose. You may unsubscribe through any alert email or the management form. Requesting these alerts does not enroll you in the general SLC Puck newsletter.

Optional SMS beta

When you separately select the SMS option and submit a mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated Ticket Watch texts from Utah Hockey Tickets by SLC Puck. During the pilot, message frequency is up to one message per week, though actual frequency may be lower. Text delivery begins only after the beta is activated.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Affiliate relationship

Ticket Watch alerts may contain affiliate links. SLC Puck may earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase through those links, at no extra cost to you. A marketplace, ticket seller, venue, team, league, and carrier are separate third parties and are responsible for their own services.

Managing the service

We may pause, change, or discontinue the pilot; adjust supported budgets or games; reject invalid or abusive submissions; and update these terms. Material changes to consent or message frequency should be presented before they apply to new communications.
