Utah Hockey Tickets is an independent fan project operated by SLC Puck. This notice explains how information submitted for Ticket Watch alerts is used.
Information we collect
- Your email address.
- Your mobile number only when you separately request the SMS beta.
- Your selected ticket budget, alert scope, consent selections, and related request details.
- Submission and technical information processed by our website host for security, spam prevention, and form delivery.
How we use it
We use alert information to create and operate the alert you requested, match verified ticket snapshots to your budget, deliver or prepare alerts, honor preference and deletion requests, prevent abuse, and evaluate whether the pilot is useful.
Requesting a Ticket Watch alert does not automatically subscribe you to the general SLC Puck newsletter.
Service providers and sharing
Website hosting, form processing, email delivery, text delivery, and operational vendors may process information only to provide those services for us. Ticket links may lead to third-party marketplaces governed by their own privacy policies.
Mobile information and text-message consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell Ticket Watch alert contact information.
Retention and security
We retain active alert information while the alert is operating and may retain limited suppression or consent records as needed to honor opt-outs, prevent unwanted messages, and document compliance. Access should be limited to people and providers who operate the alert program. No internet storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in an alert email, reply STOP to an active alert text, or submit a request to pause, correct, cancel, or delete your alert information.
Children and changes
The alert program is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as the pilot, vendors, or legal requirements change. A new effective date will appear above.
